While we budget a certain amount of use by “average” customers, some people use less and some people use a LOT more. We say unlimited very literally. There is no limit to how many courses you can take once you are a subscriber.

If I order the subscription from one category can I take the other categories too?

The subscription is site wide. Every single course on our entire website is included in your subscription.

Do you offer Video or Webinars?

Sadly not yet. We are working on that. At the moment all of our courses are PDFs. Students receive course credit by taking a test at our website (“My Account” – “My Quizzes”) after reading the PDFs.

If you are interested in offering Video or Webinars please “contact us,” we would be glad to work with you. You can receive both CE Credit and Royalties for Teaching.

Do you offer Volume Discounts on Subscriptions?

Yes:
2+ Subscriptions = 20% Discount
5+ Subscriptions = 25% Discount
10+ Subscriptions = 30% Discount
20+ Subscriptions = 35% Discount
40+ Subscriptions = 40% Discount
60+ Subscriptions = 45% Discount
100+ Subscriptions = 50% Discount

Can our firm order specific classes instead of subscriptions?

Yes, however because the size of the order will be smaller and the work involved larger, discount % will be based on dollar value of the total order.
Orders under $200 = 20% Discount
Order from $200-500 = 25% Discount
Order from $500-1000 = 30% Discount
Orders above $1,000 = 35% Discount

When your order is completed we will provide you with Gift Coupons to provide your team members so they can utilize your purchased courses on their own accounts.

Our firm has 50 Engineers, but we only want to sign 3 up right now. What discount do we qualify for?

To qualify for a discount you must either be making the purchase of that size or have earned the discount based on prior accounts signed up. Thus, at this point we can give you the 20% discount code. When you have another 2 who want to sign up we’ll give you the 25% code… and so on.

OK… I want to subscribe. How do I get started?

Simply put the Unlimited Subscription in your cart and go through our Checkout process. When you do so you’ll choose your username and password. Afterwards your account will be active and you’ll be ready to order any course on our website for free.

How do I start my course?

If you just signed up for your subscription, your next step is to choose a course and order it for free. Simply go find the course, add it to your cart and then checkout.

From there, you have two options:

Website: If you click “My Account” – “My Orders” it will take you to a page which lists every order you’ve made with us. Click on the most recent order number at the top. It will take you to view what looks like an Invoice. Scroll down until you see the name of the course you ordered. Underneath the name you will see a link that says “Download link for:…” Click on that link and your course materials will begin to Download.

Email: With every order we send you an email confirming your order. That email looks like an Invoice. Scroll down until you see the name of the course you ordered. Underneath the name you will see a link that says “Download link for:…” Click on that link and your course materials will begin to Download.

How do I take my test?

Please go to our website and click on “My Account” – “My Quizzes.” Your test should be listed there.

I filled out the test at the end of my course materials. How do I send it to you?

Please go to our website and click on “My Account” – “My Quizzes.” The test you see there will be the exact same test as what you filled out. Enter the answers into there, and when you are done your test will be graded.

This test is very long. Can I save it and come back later?

All of our tests save every 5 questions automatically. If you want to take a break simply leave and return when you are ready.

What happens if I fail a test?

You can retake the test as many times as you need to pass. Additionally, there is a review to help you understand what you got wrong.

How do I get a copy of my Certificate of Completion?

Please click “My Account” – “My Results”. All of the tests you passed will show up with a green checkmark next to them. Click on those tests and the next page will have a link for “certificate.”

Are your courses accepted in my state?

Please check our “State Requirements” page where we list the requirements of each state.

I'm seeing an error "Invalid Token" when I try to login and I can't seem to login?

"Invalid Token" means that you were successfully logged in and tried to login a second time. The website shouldn't allow you to do this, but sometimes your browser remembers pages from when you weren't logged in and shows them after you have logged in. The solution here is that you will want to press "ctrl+shift+r" to reload the page you are on. It will be honest about if you are or aren't logged in now. You may see your courses or quizzes. If so GREAT! You're good to go now. If not you might need to login one more time and the press "ctrl+shift+r" on the page showing you as not logged in to see your courses or quizzes. (Internet Explorer is CTRL+reload button. Mac is Apple+Shift+R)

I'm seeing an error "Plugin failed to load" when I try to login?

This means that you are using the wrong username or password. Believe it or not the most common confusion is people using the wrong username. Please use the form at the bottom of every page to click "Forgot your username" and it will email your username to your email address. :-)

You say unlimited subscription, but I need to take a WHOLE LOT of CE…
